Will a dispensary open in your town?

The deadline has finally arrived and the Ontario municipalities have decided if they’re in or out. January 22nd was the day Ontario residents found out whether they will be able to buy legal Cannabis at their favourite local dispensary. It is good to know that your municipality can choose to opt-in, but once it does, they can never leave! Click here to find out if your municipality opted out. Large towns which opted out include: Richmond Hill, Milton, Markham, Vaughan, Oakville, Pickering, King city, Newmarket and Whitby.
